Problem with CPU fan

Okay this is utterly weird. My CPU fan Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 rev. 2 doesn't work when plugged in to a cpu fan-port but works fine when plugged into a system fan-port. My case fan don't work either when plugged into a cpu fan-port, but my old cpu fan works fine when plugged into a cpu fan-port. What the hell is this?

Are you sure you're plugging the new fans correctly?

Yes I am sure it is correctly plugged.

Voltage problem on cpufan slot,
See if there's anyvsetting in your bios that partains to the cpu cooler.

There is a settings to the cpu cooler to set it to auto, silent and manual, i have set it to the manual, 2.5 PMW / Voltage C
