[SOLVED] Problem with CPU speed on Toshiba Satellite L750 r17 ?

Hi there. I have a Toshiba Satellite L750 and although the CPU speed shows to be 2.4 it is running at 0.78gz.
I have installed an SSD and increased the RAM to 8g but still the same....any thoughts about it ?

Thank you for your answer....the problem was solved after a lot of effort....it was the bios system.....thanks again
