Problem with Cyrillic characters

I try to enter Cyrillic characters(Russian aplhabet) in a web pages software but put all time asking marks.It needed to give Russian characters in website menu but not accepted when enter by copy-paste these characters. Does anyone know how to solve the issue?

You can enable the Russian keyboard in Windows. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/258824
Note that if your keyboard is not Russian, you may need to do a bit of searching to find out which keys apply to what letter.

You can also try the onscreen keyboard, you would see the Russian characters on that without guessing where they are on the keyboard.

I did that before with no solution. I entered the Cyrillic keybord but when write Cyrillic characters always show question marks. I use the Web studio software to make a website and I cannot put Cyrillic characters in the menu,that is the problem,accept the Cyrilic characters in text content but not in menu maker.

If the characters work fine in Windows but not the program, you need to check with the support for that program.
