Hi. I'm having a problem with my monitor and I hope you can help.
I have a Dell monitor, to be exact, this one: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Dell-IN1910N/11084592
The power went out for a second, and after that, I started seeing like these horizontal bars moving from the bottom to the top of the screen, where the screen gets a little bit darker. It's kind of like what you would sometimes see on older TVs when it got a bad signal.
To go through the obvious answers:
I connected another monitor to this computer and that monitor didn't have the problem.
I tried switching the cord, and that didn't fix it.
I've tried shutting down and unplugging everything for a bit.
I tried both outputs on the video card, they both had the same problem.
This monitor doesn't have a DVI input, it only has an analog input.
I'm not sure what else I could try at this point. So I came here!
