Problem with disk D

Hey guys so a friend of mine tried to format a USB and he went from Manage disk>diskmanagment so i dont know what he has touched but my disk D is completely out of "MY COMPUTER" i cant find i tried system restore nothing happened.Any solution how to get it back?

Is it a hard disk or optical drive?
Also, a screenshot would be good.
