Problem with disk managment

Solution
Try updating the BIOS/UEFI, to see if the same thing happens. But why do you need to change it to RAID? Do you plan on installing your OS on a RAID 0 configuration with those 2 drives? If not, then leave it as it is, it should be fine like that. :)
Hey there, radiatbug.

Seems like the drive is not initialized. Follow that tutorial to initialize it How to initialize or write a signature to a secondary hard drive or Solid State drive in Windows.
I'm not familiar with the software you are referring to, so I can't really help you with it. If you want to use OEM recovery partition does that mean that you don't have a retail copy of Windows? If this is the case, then you can try cloning the OS from the disk it's already installed to, to the one you wish to use as an OS drive. Backup all your personal data before the cloning process and after you're done with it, reformat the source drive and use it for secondary storage. Here's how to clone your OS: http://www.howtogeek.com/199068/how-to-upgrade-your-existing-hard-drive-in-under-an-hour/
On the other hand, if you have a retail copy of your OS, it's always recommended that you do a fresh install of it.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Well it somehow helped with the initialize thing cuz I tried and did exactly what the tutorial did before hand a billion times and somehow it worked this time. One last question, I changed the sata operation to ahcl from raid, and now want to revert back after I installed the os, I don't mind reinstalling the os since I have no data already. How may I do that?

If your SATA controller is set to AHCI it should be fine like this, unless you want to setup a RAID configuration. If you want to change it, there should be an option about that in your BIOS/UEFI. Unfortunately it is different for each BIOS and I can't really guide you step-by-step how to find it.

I know where it is and I can change it to raid and I want to, problem is when I change it to raid and restart my pc it cant boot into windows keeps giving me errors so I changed it back ahci for the meantime, and question is from what I read online I should install the os before changing sata operations, how do I do that, when I switch to raid and insert my cd recovery os media (cd from alienware) it gives me an error and cant install os so I have to revert back to ahci. Hope that makes sense
