[SOLVED] Problem with downloads in chromium browser (Google Chrome, Opera)

I have problems in all chromium browser (Google Chrome, Opera, Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi, etc...) with downloads of program install files being corrupt.

If I download same installation files in Tor Browser or Mozilla Firefox I have no issue.

Issue started after latest Windows 10 Pro update.

I am using Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19042 Build 19042.

Any ideas how to resolve issue?

Hi, I have already tried antivirus and malware scan and nothing was found.

Any other ideas?

What shows in winver?

curious what exact version you on, then i can see if it has any know bugs.

if its any chromium browser, its probably best to ask the people who make it.. google.. https://support.google.com/chrome/community?hl=en - there isn't a forum for chromium exactly so i figure chrome is best choice. MIght be able to point you in the right direction.

From winver command You get Microsoft Windows Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.662)

You are on a version higher than what i have, I don't have the latest Cumulative update as its showing as a preview, I just wait for windows to install it.

I don't see any known bugs in it relating to internet yet - KB4586853 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/4586853/windows-10-update-kb4586853

Microsoft are one of the developers of Chromium so they may have changed something that affects the entire engine.
