Problem with drivers for Asus GTX 460

I just installed my new graphics card and put in the CD that came with it. It gave me an error that said the drivers on my computer are newer than the one on the CD. Does it basically mean that I am good to go? I updated my old graphics card last week and that was a 9400 GT.
