I've recently tried to set-up a second monitor on my PC. Both of the monitors are different resolutions one being 1920x1080 and the other 1680x1050. The 1680x1050 is my primary monitor due to me being use to it, but when connecting the other monitor via HDMI it fails to auto-detect the correct resolution (1920x1080), the resolution it finds is 1280x720.
I've attempted to upscale this with nVidia but the screen becomes fuzzy at 1920x1080, 1280x720 is usuable but about 10cm of the screen is black (at the top).
I have no idea how to resolve this so any suggestions would be great?
I should also add that they are TV's opposed to monitors, but my primary (1680x1050) works fine.
