Problem with Epson CX6600

My CX6600 prints lines across any photos, prints all text light and blurred. The printer has been out of service for about 6 months but does not indictate any problems with the print head. If anyone has had these problems, I sure would appreciate any help anyone could provide. My email address is jlg6104@Gmail.com.

If the printer hasn't been used for 6 months (assuming it's a bubble jet) the ink will have dried out. New cartridges (or a new printer if that costs less !!!!).
