Problem with fans ramping up when I start Chrome

Hi everyone. I upgraded my CPU a couple of days ago to an i7 6700K and overclocked it to 4.5 GHz, and I have an H110i V2. I moved my pc to on my desk also, so I don't know if this has been ongoing and I haven't noticed it, although I highly doubt it. I'm guessing it's because the CPU usage jumps up and then levels back out, but I'm not sure. I also heard that Corsair fans are just loud in general, but I don't know if that's true. Help is appreciated.

MSI 1050 Ti (will be upgraded soon)
8GB Crucial Ballistix
1 TB WD Blue HDD
500 GB WD HDD

Try to set the Custom fan curve for the H100i
and what are your CPU temperatures? are the temp stable?

The temps at idle are in the low 40s to mid 50s. And I don't know how to set a fan curve, although I could look up a tutorial.
