Hey guys i wonder if you could help me with two problems i have.
Here's the long story: when i turn on my pc all starts fresh and nice, then when im using it for a long time, then its start laggin when opening chrome or other stuff, also when i start playing games (i.e cs go) it runs @ 40 fps. Otherwise, if i turn on my pc then run cs go or other game, my fps goes around 140.
What it could be? its bothering having to restart my pc everytime i want to play
OBS:
Current setup:
-i5 4440 @3.1GHz
-Nvidia GT 730 1gb DDR5
-Asus B85M-G
-4x2 Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3
-Seagate 1TB 7200 rpm HDD
-No cd/dvd/blu-ray drive
-450W PSU

Anti virus or malware in the back ground running? It could be many things, overheating seems more likely, but since you mentioned chrome it could also be that you run out of RAM. Or even a lot of programs running slowing down your computer, get rid of all bloatware by removing all start up applications, in Win8 it's done via Task Manager, and Win7 type msconfig in the search bar and remove all start up items on the list. Lastly, is your hard drive making any weird noise?

Hi, first of all i want to mention that this is my first build on my own so i got little scared about this situation and i don't know much about msconfig and software, im running win 7... could you explain it please?
About the malware/spyware i run Spybot-S&D, CCleaner, Security Task Manager and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware every week, and about the noises i think yes, i hear some bzzzz for a while then it dissapears, but this isnt frequently, just few times i've noticed.

You mentioned "opening Chrome". Exactly how many tabs do you keep open in your browser? The next time your computer starts to lag... can you open up Task Manager and first checking to see what your CPU Usage is and checking to see which program have the highest CPU AND Memory usages? That will help identify the problem. I'm also guessing you probably have a lot of startup programs on boot.
