Hi, yesterday I installed new windows, I installed all the programs, and finally the games. But I have a problem that in FIFA 21 or in F1 2020, I can't reach 120 fps, which I could before the reinstallation. I think this problem happens to me every time I install new windows, and I somehow, unknowingly solve it, but I don't know how. In FIFA the GPU usage is about 40% and I have about 110-118fps, (my refresh rate is 120hz). Before 3 days everything was fluid. It can't reach 120fps and stop at that (when I'm on pitch, in menu and have 120fps). I have an I5 9400F nVidia GTX 1660 6GB and a 2 * 8GB 2666MHz , all possible drivers have been updated. I tried all these options for vSync, there are small differences but it doesn't give me what I need.
Does anyone know any solution to this
