Question Problem with Gigabyte Z590 UD AC ?

hellow evrey one i have use since 2year asus b460 prime m and i7 10700 and i remov power limite cpu get 160-170 watt
-and then i change to new motherboard z590 gigabyte ud ac and i tried to see all about remove power limite and it not go above 120w and in same stress cinbench23 ..is thats problem in new mother or there is way to i can change power limited ..thx alot

update the BIOS, maybe it´s possible in a newer version, but could be removed due to Intel restrictions

i already update to last bios is ther any other option i even disable C state and same ..i have z490 msi a pro and it was like asus to easy just chose cooling and it oppen the max power for cpu ..and thats i have to many year stay off gigabyte cuz the bug in bios

i tray it and same result not go above 110w ..do you think that problem in motherboard evry thing go will and it even noy throttle it stay up to 4.6 but with less power
