Problem with Google Chrome, I have no idea what it causing it

So it comes and goes but randomly, Chrome will just stop loading YouTube fully. If I go on a video, it'll load the video but it won't load the comments or the recommended videos on the stuff on the left side and will auto refresh itself after a few moments and it does this until I manually stop the loading or until I can load it fully

-Reset (power cycle) the modem/router
-Run MalwareBytes (free) on your computer.
-If problem still persists, run Ping and Tracert tests (Google it) to whatever site is giving a problem.

MalwareBytes found threats but it didn't do anything. There's no need to do a speed test cus I have done them before

Don't wanna speak too soon but I did two driver updates and it's been good for 24 hours now. Normally it doesn't last this long before going back
