[SOLVED] Problem with GPU in PCIe x16 slot ?

GPU beeping on startup on PCIe x16 slot, but in PCIe x4 slot it works fine ?

Gigabyte b450m ds3h v2
ryzen 5 2600
msi aero itx ocv1 gtx 1650
16gb 3200mhz RAM
2 x SATA SSD (120gb & 240gb)
1 x HDD (1TB)

i cant seem to get the gpu to work in pciex16 wich is the slot it is supposed to work in, the motherboard manual says that if i use one gpu i should place it there.

I would cheek the bios version of the motherboard web site the exact one very important download at least two different bios's for your board put them on a USB and update them from the bios warning if done wrong will brick the motherboard. have a look on youtube always a good idea.

Bios is updated to latest version,still no luck.
