problem with gpu

Hello! I have one problem with my pc when i open it it goes till startup and freezes. I know it freezes because by mistake i put 270mhz at speed and memory in msi afterburner and then that problem appeard. I tried with bios reset but didn't work. Can anybody help me I need my pc as fast as possible. Thx fof help

Do you have onboard graphics? Almost all intel cpu's have that if so you could just unplug your gpu start up your system and reset msi afterburner
