problem with gpu

hello guys.i have the following build: amd fx 6300 3.5 ghz gigabyte ds3p 8 gb ram and coolermaster 600 watt bronze.recently i upgrade from amd 240 to amd 380 4gb and i get in games like advanced warfare wicher 3 and other intensive games nearly 50 fps on very high settings and on mobas nearly 100 fps.but every 5-6 second the fps are droping to 10 and the game is lagging and then they get back to 50 or 100.i think the problem might be the power state of gpu,so how could i change that on new amd crimson drivers?i check temperatures and are 55 cpu load and gpu about 68 on furmark.

Things that usually cuase FPS drops:

1) Out of date Drivers
2) Badly developed games
3) Temperature issues
4) 'Bottlenecks'
5) Hardware issues

So, my first go to is always Drivers. Open your AMD Catalyst Control Center and check what Driver you have installed. Then go to AMD's website and see if there is a newer one. If there is, uninstall your current driver and install the new one.

Number 2 doesn't seem the issue here as you say its happening over multiple games, and your temps seem fine so 3 is out too.

So if a driver up date doesnt do it, were left with Bottlenecks and Hardware issues. Could you clarify that this is your spec list and fill in the blanks:
