Problem with GPU

Hello !
I was playing a game at my Pc and then it shuts down..
i tried to started it up but it showed me "no singal"...then i realise that was GPUs problem. My gpu is Sapphire RX 470 Nitro+ 4GB, the led logo works fine but the fans are not spinning(i have custom the fans to work all the time)
my pc
CPU:AMD FX8320 4.2Ghz
MoBo: Gigabyte Ga970ud3 (rev3)
RAM:Corsair VengenceLP 16Gb 1666mhz
PSU: Evga supernova G3 750

i think its a gpu problem.. because i started the pc and i heard a notification from a program..
all the other fans are spinning fine and i have change 2 cables already

Check your connection to your GPU's port and your monitor's as well. What cables have you changed? Were they in or out of the case?

monitor's ports are working fine.. i have changed 2 hdmi cables and i have tested them on both gpu ports and both monitor ports...i dont have any other cables to check
