I bought new graphic card point of view geforce gt 640 2gb ddr3 and when i instaled it i run benchmark(performance test) and 3d score was 650 what i think is very low for this graphic card. Then i instaled gpu-z and the specifications was very different from what they supossed to be, it has 96 shaders and not 384, and gpu speed was 750 not 900mhz.What can be the problem, i downloaded newest driver and it was same.Is the graphic card defective???

P.s. Here screenshoot from gpu-z:

Well, the card down-clocks itself based on what it's doing, how hot it is, and sometimes even the power it's getting. I'm going to assume it's not a heat issue. It's probable that because you're not running anything, GPU-Z is showing you the idle clock rates. My r9 290 does the same thing on GPU-Z.

gpu clock is max.750 mhz, and when a captured this gpu was under stress test.
