I just put together a computer for games, but I'm having a problem with my graphics card, I have a gtx 1050ti of 4gb, my problem is that when I run dxdiag, it shows 4059mb of ram, if I give it to execute 64 bits, it marks me that only I have 3692mb of vram, and when I play rainbow six siege, in the configurations it shows me that I have 3950mb of vram, I do not know if it is having a bottleneck.

The specifications of my computer are
* i7 4790k
* gtx 1050ti 4gb
* 16gb ram
*windows 7

Solution
It's fine. Don't read into things like dxdiag, Task Manager, etc. too much. As long as you're getting similar FPS to what you're seeing in benchmarks, it's fine. As for a bottleneck, no, you're fine there too.

Solution

That isn't an issue, that is normal.
What you see is the available vram, no the total amount of vram on your GPU.
