Problem with graphic card

Hello guys, i have a problem with my graphic ati radeon hd 6990 which is dual-gpu but about 4 months i see lower fps in game i didnt know what is it but when i go to control panel its only one gpu other one says the hardware is not connected. Is it damaged or what? Someone help!

Your other card probably cooked due to being ignored.

You should be regularly looking at your card settings for a 6990. They run very hot and crossfire settings need to be watched period too.
