I have MSi R4350HD.It does not play the games well in xp.what the problem it have can anybody tell me.

It is a weak graphics card. The whole computer matters when gaming. What are the rest of your specs?

The problem is that your 4350 is not a gaming card.
It is extremely underpowered.
