Problem with graphics card

Okay so I have a pretty good PC.

CPU

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM
MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB (AMD)

Yeah.. I'd say that's pretty good.
When I play Overwatch or Minecraft they just lag. Minecraft gets 30-40 fps sometimes lower
Overwatch gets 20-50 but it lags quite a lot and I have no idea why.. Please help me I've tried so many things

It could be a few different things. Do you monitor your temps during gaming to make sure it isn't thermal throttling? Also try running this tool: http://www.wagnardsoft.com/ and then installing the 17.4.4 drivers.

Yes I do monitor it and it's 60-70. No change 🙁
