Problem with GTX 1080 Low GPU Usage

Hello , i have a problem with my gpu that is Asus GTX 1080 Strix i dont if the problem from the gpu it might be software problem im not sure tho, anyways in most of the games i dont high gpu usage with normal temp and normal cpu temp and usage in bf1 full ultra settings 1080p 144hz
i get a gpu usage between 50-75% never go higher while this happening my cpu got 75-80% so its okay im sure there is no bottlenecking , in other games like ark i tried to play it on epic settings thats requires so good gpu like titan x so my 1080 should use 99% usage but its not its only using 69-85% and im getting so much low fps so i told my friend to try that too he also has a gtx 1080 in both games he got 95-99% gpu usage and my pc is new i bought it on 2/7 before almost 2 weeks
My Specs Are
GPU : Asus GTX 1080 Strix 8G
CPU : i7 6700k 4.0GHZ
PSU : Corsair CS850M
Ram : 16GB Team Delta 2400mhz 1x16gb
Motherboard : MSI Z170A M3 Gaming
also got a WD black 2tb hard with 750 samsung evo ssd 240gb
with windows 10 PRO 64bit
With latest nvidia driver 378.66 please i need help cause this is new pc and im getting very bad performance comparing to an 1080

i was using it then i started using msi afterburner for in-game info

Did that resolve any of the issues? I know GPU Tweak has a broken driver and caused me insane amounts of headache and an RMA'd card that might have been good.

nope didnt fix anything

Download and try Unigine and Furmark and see what each does. See if either gets the GPU up to 100% or closer to it.

i downloaded 3dmark just now and tried firestrike and i got this score 16 534

i was getting 98%

So maybe the card just doesn't need to work as hard. Not every card performs the same, and not every program exercises each card in the same way.
Do you guys have the exact same equipment? Is your clock speed different than his?

Side note, did you buy 3dmark to get that? I can't get it to download since I don't own 3dmark.

nope we are different cards but i mean why my gpu isnt using the whole power like on youtube same exact card and 99% usage and seems you have the same card what is your usage and btw his card is gigabyte g1 1080 1696 base clock me
and 3dmark u can download from steam just search for 3dmark then go there and you will find download demo on the right

Yeah I have the demo. I score higher than the 4k system score on it. I just need to get firestrike. Won't let me download.

My card works really well. What's your clock speed. The base clock standard for a 1080 is 1607. 1696 is Overclocked at that speed.

for the 3dmark u can go the benchmarks in the program and choose firestrike the normal one not ultra or extreme and my clock speed is 1671mhz
