Problem with GTX 260

Hello,
I have an annoying problem with my recently bought BFG GTX 260 OCX Maxcore.
When I am playing after 40-50 minutes, the screen goes black but I can hear sounds. I also can ALT-TAB and return to desktop but the cursor of the mouse can't be seen. Every time this black screen appear and return to desktop, I notice a yellow rectangle with an exclamation mark in it. When I go to windows Problems and Reports(or something like that) it shows me this error : Video hardware error. This is what it describes:

My hardware is as follows :
Phenom II X2 550 BE
ASUS M2N68
4 GB RAM: 1*4 1GB
LG DVD-RW
HDD WD 320 GB SE16, SATA

I mention the fact that i recently upgraded my pc with a CPU and a MB. A few days ago my pc had an Athlon X2 5200+ and a Gigabyte GA M52S-S3P mobo. I had my problem since then.
Is it the video card a problem, as the MB and CPU were upgraded?
Also my BFG card is 1 month old so is practically new also.
I sent this card in the seller's service and they sent it back to me saying it is OK.
What else could be the problem?
Please help me with this..I am totally confused..

That sounds suspiciously like a driver configuration error.Try un-installing the drivers and then boot into safe mode and re-install the drivers.This should fix it.Goodluck and let me know what happens.OH what power supply do you have?

Not only that I uninstalled vers 186.18 and installed 185 but I also reinstalled my OS again. Same issue

By "reinstall the OS again," do you mean a fresh install of the OS after a full format of the hard drive? Did you do that right after replacing the motherboard and CPU?

If overclocking, return all settings to stock.
What is the PSU? What kind of CPU temps are there under full load?

Fresh install with full format of HDD before and after replacing the MB and CPU.
The video card is OC from factory. The temps are 56-58 degrees C in idle and at a maximum of 86 when in full load.( in furmark)
My PSU is a Cooler Master M520, only 2 months old

You won't like this idea since you probably paid a premium for your card to be factory overlclocked BUT try it anyway, Set your GPU core, shader, memory to GTX 260 reference speeds and see if that fixes your problem. If it fixes the problem, keep the settings and you won't be further annoyed by the video signal dropping.
You'll hardly notice the 1% or 2% decrease in framerates.

The only fix is by installing of the 182.50 drivers !
No problems anymore.
So, whoever has this problem just downgrade your video drivers to that version. You should also do a clean install by using driver sweeper or any other program.
