Laptop: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0039nr
I need to download windows recovery files from the HP Cloud Recovery. When I searched model number on HP site it said my laptop was supported. But when I install the Cloud Recovery media my model is not listed ? Anyone have any idea how to get the recovery files I need. thanks
