I have a problem. I cannot work a portion of my touchscreen for my Lenovo B50-30 Touch. After a few years of assuming that the touchscreen driver was outdated, I came to the conclusion that some of the Human Interface Device drivers were missing from my computer. I do not know if I deleted them in the past by mistake, but can someone please tell me how to restore my HID drivers if possible? Thank you.

PS: According to the device manager, I only have an HID-Compliant Device, an HID-Compliant Touch Screen, two HID-Compliant vendor-defined devices, and a USB Input Device Driver left.
