Question Problem with Hyperx Wireless Headset

I just bought new Hyperx Wireless headphones and straight out of the box theres this subtle white noise/hiss/static coming from the left ear cup that is very annoying when im sitting in silence. Also every now and then I get a ringing in the right ear cup as well. Has anyone had this problem with these headphone or any other wireless headphones? Any solutions I should try before going back to Clouds Alphas or another wireless headset?

Try the headphones on as many different audio devices as possible.

Determine if the white noise and/or ringing follows the headphones.

If so, return the headphones.

Just for the record: where did you purchase the Hyperx headphones?

Tried on a ps5 and a laptop and it was still happening, even when the usb dongle was out and the headset purely powered on. Got it from amazon and returning to tomorrow. Back to the cloud Alphas!
