Problem with instaliing Intel HD Graphics

Hello everyone,
I need some help with my laptop.

I recently reinstalled Windows 8.1 on it and now when I want to install Intel HD Graphics Driver it gives me error:
"This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."

I downloaded that driver from official site which I found for my laptop model HP 15-d051sm.

It worked before I installed Windows 8.1 and now it suddenly doesn't work. Also, when I go to Device Manager all i get for Display is Microsoft Basic Display Driver.

What could be the problem?
