Problem with installing windows 10 please help

Hi, I've been having a problem installing windows 10, I've tried it many different ways. Sometimes it just freezes in this installing phase, but i somehow got pass that (I hope) and now it just tells me to restart the install and says something along the line of "Error occurred in SAFE_OS during phase BOOT" any knowledge surrounding this will help greatly thank you
Pc specs:
Cpu - amd fx 9590 8 core 4.7 ghz
Gpu - titan x 2 way sli
Ram - corsair vengeance 24gb DDR3
Storage - 2 Samsung SSD 850 EVO 1 Tb
Psu - corsair 1000i

From the specs you've shown you might want to try and install without the extra hdd and gpu to see if you get different results. From recommendations that I've encountered that you should wait to install the second gpu until after you install the designated drivers. good luck
