Problem with keyboard..

I have a new Rog strix z370-e gaming motherboard and i just got my new PSU with 650W.
When Im trying to start everything firat everything works, i get in to de BIOS. But when i try to start everything with the ”repair” option my mouse and keyboard goes out.. pls help me.. dont know What’s wrong and everything is complitly new...

Why repair? If you changed motherboard, you should start with clean Windows install.
