problem with LACIE PORSCE DESIGN 5TB

Hello my friends and thank you in advance.
Recently they gave me a present 5tb lacie model..external hard drive
my intention is to use it both on mac and pc (EX FAT)
The problem is that on my mac it cannot recognise more than 400mb and the windows 10 pc
recognises 2 tb...
Please advise...
