Problem with laptop after reinstalling

Hello, so i recently reinstalled my laptop.
It was full of unneeded stuff but it worked ok.
Problem is mostly while playing games, before i had 150 fps in cs:go now i have 20-40fps.
I tried to instal all newest drivers and installed windows updates but still nothing.
It could be AMD driver that is messing up my laptop.
These are my specs: i5-4200M , AMD radeon HD 8750M 2gb ddr3, 8Gb ddr3 ram, 1Tb hdd.

Man škiet, ka tu esi no latvijas, tādēl rakstīšu latviski. Vai tev iepriekš bija uzinstalētas kaut kādas programmas no rūpnīcas. Ja ne, tad es iesaku lejupieādiet jaunu Windows diska attēlu (.iso), uztaisit windows instalāciju un mēģināt pārinstalēt vēlreiz, pēc pārinstalēšanas uzinstalēt visus draiverus. Ja nekas neiznāk, tad meklē palīdzību youtubā, vai google.com.
