[SOLVED] Problem with laptop trying to automatically log-on ?

I have an issue where my laptop keeps automatically trying to logon after restart even though I did not logon using biometric option.

The error message is “The device couldn’t recognize you". How to solve this issue ?

do you mean it keeps asking you to logon even though you have already?

Do you use windows Hello or a PIN?
