Problem with lenovo z510?

hi
i have Little problem with my laptop . i don't think so it was bad in my future but i wanna say.
i have a lenovo z510 laptop with 1T hard and 8G ram and 2G graphic . i must to say it's good . but when i copy or cut (any movement) anything to my hard . as a drive from other drive . it's so so so slow . i don't know what is wrong with this laptop.

then run ccleaner now

in
cleaning tab
check all selection in windows and application tab
except the selection of wipe free space in windows tab
press cean now button in the right side
after that go to registery tab and press search for
then press fix all selected

then perform full scan to whole computer partitions from safe mode
and remove all threats

then try check disk on all partitions
