I just bought an H80i, and the the temperatures I was getting we'rent right. I ran Prime95 and the CPU temp was 70-80C. I checked to make sure everything was connected, the fan on the radiator was spinning, the LED on the water block lights up. I remounted the block to the CPU and applied new thermal paste. I tried everything, but I keep getting the same temperatures from 70-80C. This is about the same temps I had with my previous cooler, which was a cooler master hyper 212 evo. Every clock is at stock settings. Any suggestions on what I should do?

It's an Ivy Bridge CPU. I think I might request a replacement because I'm fairly certain this is not an acceptable temperature for a water cooled CPU at stock clocks.
