problem with mail hyperlink in excel

Hi,I have searched on the Net about my problem but I haven't found solve.Please, help me because is very important for me. I made an Excel with hyperlink for mail but it doesn't work. When I click on the hyperlink it brings me to the Google not direct to gmail.What is problem? It is very important for my client. Thank you for your time.

Is this hyperlink supposed to open a session to create an outgoing e-mail or to get a list of incoming e-mails?

Thank you for your fast answer. But I don't know how to create blank mail without subject or anything else. Only mail address in cell to brings to blank mail. I tried to do from site but it doesn't work.
