problem with memory card

I put my memory card in my pc & the pictures came out dark & so I went into the Kodak camera & adjusted the pictures & then I went & out my memory card in the pc but it wont do anything?

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

Save the pictures to the hard disk on your PC. Then use a photo editing program (Photoshop, GIMP) to make adjustments so that they are the way you want them to be.

If you cannot see them on the Card then download and run "RECUVA" and recover your pictures. Do not use the card until this is done (don't overwrite files on the card).

if the card is visible i mean detected. check for the size of the data. compare it with the size of memory card data .

Hi.....Okay thanks but, the whole problem from the start was, I have a Kodak digital camera & I got Kodak Easyshare program with it & this program is no longer available but, I got the memory card out of my camera & downloaded the pictures but, they came out dark & do when I preview the pictures (each) there was nothing on it to lighten them or anything with this computer I have and it is Windows 8 & so I went into the camera & found something in there to lighten my pictures & when I took the memory card & tried to put it in my pc it would not load again? and when I originally tried to upload pictures from my camera, and plugged it in to my camera & the back of my pc...the camera would not turn on?????/so annoying....
