Problem with mic, VERY WEIRD

Ok, so here goes.
was playing cs go, (counter strike global offensive)
and had mic going.
soon after, i left the match.
the weird part was, I COULD STILL HEAR SOMEONE
and even WEIRDER, THEY WERE CALLING ME BY NAME
saying stuff like this to each other:
"is [my name here] still connected?", "no he left"came the reply
so i EXITED CSGO (left game completely, SHUT DOWN STEAM)
I COULD STILL HEAR THEM.
that was the weirdest part. Like i task managered that shit down. I SHUT IT FULLY DOWN
i could fully hear them til the moment i held my power button on my computer

it was creepy, scary, and im wondering WHY THIS HAPPENED?
im still freaked out. i dont think i will ever play CS GO again its that bad

This isn't the place for creepy pasta

1) Are you sure you were using only CSGO and not teamspeak?
2) Are you sure the software fully closed and didn't just partially crash? You can check in the details tab of the task manager.
