and thought that I would like to get a mini HDMI screen like the one shown in the video to connect to my PC and use it for some things.
The thing is that I don't have a free HDMI slot on my graphics card and my CPU doesn't have any integrated graphics which means that I'll have to use an adapter for the display port slot on my card. There's just one thing I'm worried about though, since the display is powered by the HDMI cable if I run it into my display port slot will it get enough power to work properly? and I'm also wondering if there could be any other issues with running it through an adapter first?
