Hi all,
I bought this monitor for my pc: https://www.amazon.it/AOPEN-24HC1QRPBIDPX-Risoluzione-1920x1080-Luminosità/dp/B07JBS598L
What happened is that i bought a Dvi-D dual link cable to connect it as my pc doesn't have a display port. Problem is that I can't put it over 60hz on settings (only 75 on low resolutions), my GPU is an Intel HD 4000. I searched answers on google and what I found out is that my GPU probably doesn't support Dual link but single only (not sure about it tho), even if I managed to put the wire in easily.
My question is: if I bought an HDMI cable, would I be able to run it at 120hz at least? I read that 1,4b is the minimum required for 120 but I don't know if I can put it into my computer, as I have never had one.
