Hi everyone !
I bought new motherboard in february 2018 and since last weeks i having problem with it. First occurence whas when i system turn off normally throught the windows and then after two hours turn it on. PC starts with abnormally loud fans and only what shine is CPU led indicator next to debug panel \(wich is also without information btw\). It seems like PC cycling in start sequence and turn off after every attempt. CMOS does not help. Battery unplugging on motherboard does not help. I tried to boot without one of each RAM. I tried boot without GPU connected. Only what helps me was rebuild whole PC espicially insert out CPU and return it then connect everyting back and surprisingly PC boot normally. Then i tried many benchmarks for CPU/GPU/RAM everything was fine without overheating or BSOD or restarting. So i thought that there where only problem with bad pluggeed cable or something. Then problem occure after 2 weeks again with same symptoms \(after turn off my system\) so i was forced to do it again. And then 3rd and last occurence was same scenario but after 4 days.

Firstly i would like to notice that i tried this solutions so far: Update BIOS, Run without OC CPU \(stock clocks\). Windows is updated too. Drivers for motherboard like chipset, SATA, Audio drivers from Gigabyte web site are up to date.

My last suggestion is that my PSU is not effecient so far because it is 7 years old component. Back in time Corsair HX650 650W with 80 PLUS BRONZE efectivity was pretty decent PSU regading with reviews but is that possible that some component in it struggling somehow ? I have opportunity to test my system with another PSU from my brother PC but im not sure if there is root cause. What do you think guys ?

My overall build:

Solution
I think your psu is not up to the job for everything you have set up. Move up to a new 650/750 psu. Your psu was weak when it came out 7 years ago and was intended for a "casual" desktop usage back in 2010! IT is really not suited for all the current electronics you have on board NOW. You run the risk of shorting out your equipment. Here is a list of current psu to look at. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-psus,4229.html
