[SOLVED] Problem with motherboard i guess

So Im kinda new into building pc, not so long ago I bough motherboard asus h110m R and its brand new, everything seems fine and also i bought fractal design power suplly which works ofc. So it seems that motherboard doesent have any kind of power inside of it. Ive tested everything like front panel and others, but my question is does it wont turn on becaouse it doesent have cpu? Even power supply fans dont spin. Whats solution?

yeah, you need at least cpu/ram to boot
