I recently was donated some hand me down parts that allowed me to upgrade a lot of my components in my 2014 build. I had to buy a new motherboard to support these parts and I chose the Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X because it was advertised as a ATX board and according to PC Part Picker site was compatible with my old case (Corsair 760t).

I ran into an issue with mounting the MoBo in the case. the left three and middle three screw align perfectly however one screw in the middle right does not align with any holes already existing in the case. Am I out of luck with this case and mobo? I thought the ATX form was standardized with any ATX advertised case. My old Mobo was a Asus Maximus VII Hero and it was wider than this new mobo and had more mounting holes along the right side of the board yet they still call it a full sized ATX? Thanks for any help regarding this issue.
