Hello! I have been having a problem with my computer lately. It will not even reach pre-boot stages. The EZ Debug LED makes the CPU light flash once, then the DRAM light turn on for a few seconds, then will automatically turn off. Immediately after, the CPU light will flash again, and then turn off. It will then do that again. However, on the third time, after the DRAM light turns off, instead of the CPU light flashing, the computer will just go into a sort of standby mode. Throughout the entire thing, there is no monitor response whatsoever. A headset indicates that some power is going to the front and rear USB panel, but no other devices indicate anything.

The specs:
Case: Corsair Carbide 100r ATX case
Motherboard: MSI b360-a pro
CPU: I5-6500
PSU: Thermaltake 700W Smartseries
RAM: 16GB (8GBx2) Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz DDR4
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 1650 SC

Only odd thing is that the PSU had 2 6-pin power connectors, but we had to use an 8-inch extension to reach the motherboard and GPU.

EDIT: This is also our third build, and this is the first time anything like this has happened so far.
