Problem with my Bios (I think)

I have made a terrible mistake without realizing until it became a major problem, So I was downloading gigabytes motherboard apps such as smart fan and app center. There was a list of things i could download and one of them were @bios. Having almost no knowledge of bios, I thought that updating the bios was an easy process and could be done with a touch of a button. I was wrong... so wrong. After It told me to restart, It was still on while the screen was black for about five minutes. So I decided to turn it off and on using the power button. It would turn on but the hdd light wouldn't glow and there was no beep as usual. At this point I did some research and realized the bios update isn't always necessary and it can be dangerous if done wrong. At this point I realized how much of a complete idiot I am and have no idea what to do. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

My motherboard is the gigabyte a320m-s2h and all of my parts are fairly new so im pretty sure its not a hardware problem. When I try and boot up the computer, there is no beep and no hdd light, Nothing displays on the screen and the keyboard and mouse dont show their lights. (num lock light and led on mouse like it usually does). When the computer is turned on nothing pops up on the screen, the fans are spinning and the fan led's are on. Nothing else is working, The USB ports might not be working but im not 100% sure.

Solution

By yourself, no, you can't fix...
You're gonna have to replace the motherboard, given the fact it's still under warranty (and there's no physical damage involved), it should go fairly smoothly.
That said, If I were you, I'd just say it didn't boot up one day and leave the rest of the story out.
And just for future reference, the purpose of BIOS updates is to add support for newer CPUs, as well as enhance compatibility with particular memory modules, you should never update it for no reason, because as you've now learned, it can be dangerous (especially when you have a motherboard that doesn't have a dual BIOS function!)

How much would a service/repair like this cost approximately?

Does that mean, It cannot be repaired and my Motherboard is completely unfixable in terms of the bios.

should be free if you're under warranty (depending on your locale)

if you adventure it yourself, it would cost roughly $10-20 (cost of buying a bios chip programmer from china)*

*- results may vary, do at your own risk

By yourself, no, you can't fix it.
A professional who has a chip programmer and knowledge in the field can, however, you have no reason to go this route! Just use the warranty and have it replaced.

Solution
For RMA:
If it's not brand name or some other kind of ready made machine, you need to send in only motherboard.
If it is. you need to send whole computer (just the tower) to whoever holds warranty for it.
To take to a service to do it for you just take the tower.
