Okay, seriously here, we need a little more information - I'll assume we are talking about a laptop here with built in camera - what make and model of laptop? When was the last time the camera was used? Any changes to hardware or programs since that time?

Hello Good evening, the model of the laptop was Hp windows 7xp vista.. . Ever since no camera been used. I just noticed now becaused when i wanted to used skype its said no camera detected.

Okay, we've got a start here, the Make is HP but the model number is unknown to me. You can find the product number on a label located on the outside of the notebook. On some HP models, the label is inside the main battery compartment, and you'll need to remove the battery to read the label.
When you have found the product identification label, find the product number shown next to Product or Product #, that's what I need here
