Problem with my COMPUTER !!!

I have a big problem with my computer since i buyed it!All new games are working to bad even on low settings all games laggs like hell,dont know what to do with it.
My spec :

Amd Athlon II 641 X4 2,8ghz
4gb ram
ATI RADEON 6570 1gb ddr3
windows 7 32-bit
1920x1080 21,5'' Monitor

Its a low end machine thats isn't going to game well even at low settings.

Games like Assassins Creed IV,BF3,NFS 2012,SNIPER GW 2,FARCRY3,MoH Warfighter...

Even people with Dual-Core proccesors can run this games pretty on low...

The Intel Core i3(dual core cpu) is actually alot faster than your quad core. CPU speed is more than how many cores you have.. The GPU is the biggest issue the 6570 struggled when it was new in 2011 and could only manage low to med settings on the games then.

if your planning to be playing these games at a high level your going to have to look at a pc around 600 -800 USD

Your computer is very low end and seriously lacking in performance. This is why you are having issues in newer games.

The problem is that other with the same computer can play games like Black Ops 2 on high i cant play it even on low as well...
There is a big problem with it...

Yeah same.Only the windows maybe not the same.
With this Spec they play MW3,BO2,BF3 on Medium-High
And i can only lagg out on Low..

That doesnt sound right at all. Low-medium maybe. They should not be getting 60fps or more on a system that low. They would have to be heavily overclocked and even then very questionable.
