problem with my evga 680i??

i just today got all my new parts in, after install i power it up... the lights on the ram come on, the heatsink on the cpu come on hard drive light is on but the problem is, i get no signal to the monitor AND any of the case fans plugged into the motherboard didnt come on either. does this sound like a motherboard problem? ive built computers before but maybe i am just missing something.

Back to basics 1.always pretest a mobo ,before installing,I just had the same with a new mobo,installed and all it did was beep,beep,at me took it back,they tested it ,it worked,so I benched it,it worked,now it's installed and working,as you can see,,,2,check,check and recheck all connections,reseat your video card too.
Yes I've been building/installing computers since way back too,, but in our hurry we sometimes overlook the obvious....
